Call for paper
General Information – Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers that highlight specific challenges, share concrete experiences, or propose innovative solutions in line with the themes and objectives of the conference.
- The submission of an abstract is mandatory for all proposed presentations.
- Presentations must be delivered in either French or English, the two official languages of the conference.
- Each presentation will be allocated 15 minutes, including 10 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for discussion with the audience.
- Abstracts must be written exclusively in English, be a maximum of two A4 pages, and present a clearly structured and well-written content.
- Mathematical symbols and equations must be properly formatted.

Post conference
- Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper of 13 to 15 pages, subject to meeting the quality standards and thematic scope required by Springer-Nature.
- The proceedings of MISI'25, after peer review and incorporation of expert comments, will be submitted for inclusion in the Springer-Nature book series, indexed in SCOPUS.
- High-quality papers will be selected to submit an extended and improved version for publication in a list of journals that will be shared with you, along with the necessary submission guidelines.
- Please note that MISI'25 does not charge any publication fees. However, if the selected journal requires publication fees, these costs are the responsibility of the author and must be paid directly to the journal. The MISI'25 conference is not involved in fee arrangements, which remain a direct matter between the author and the journal.
